The elevators were frustratingly unreliable during my stay. With multiple trips, I often had to wait long periods for an elevator that worked.

The location of the Damac near the canal is superb. I enjoyed strolling along the canal and exploring nearby spots. The room itself was spacious enough for my family, featuring a fully furnished kitchenette that made meal prep easy. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring we stayed cool. Housekeeping kept the place clean, and I appreciated the prompt service. the elevators were a hassle. I often found myself waiting long periods for one to arrive, which disrupted our schedule. while the buffet breakfast had a good selection, it would have been nice to have more items available towards the end of service. the amenities were decent, but a little more attention to elevator maintenance and meal availability would make a significant difference.

Clean room, friendly staff, good facilities, and an easy-to-get-to location next to the canal made the stay enjoyable. The easy access to a supermarket and local amenities was a plus.

it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, with its proximity to Burj Park, perfect for leisurely walks and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, not to mention the delightful views from my canal side room that made my stay feel truly special.

my stay at the damac was fantastic! the apartment was spotless and the staff were incredibly attentive. mr rami was especially helpful during check-in, and the heated pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. also, having a supermarket in the building made things super convenient for me.
